Hosting Versus Traditional Booking Only Agent
A holiday or booking agent will just do exactly that, and only that - book guests to stay at your property. That's it. Job done. Then they'll pass the details onto a cleaner to prepare the property just before the guests arrive, and expect your Keyholder to take care of any issues that might arrive during their stay - at further cost to you.
These days discerning, savvy travelers demand far more than what booking only agents provide. Guests expect meaningful, helpful interaction with local hosts throughout their stay - where's the best place to eat tapas? Where can I park in Cartagena? Best water park for young kids? Any boat trips?
And if there's a problem they just need it sorting as efficiently as possible. They don't want to be passed between booking agent, Keyholder, cleaner and property owner, with no one taking ownership. Well why would anyone?
With Host Management we work as your local, on-the-ground hosting partner. We host your property on your behalf, as if it was ours and take care of every detail.
Our unique end-to-end management approach ensures there’s no buck passing or confusion over roles and responsibilities between the booking agent, Keyholder, cleaner and owner. The buck starts and stops with us.
And unlike booking only agents, our service doesn’t end once your guests have booked their stay. We’ve been warmly welcoming guests to the Murcia region since 2018. We have extensive local knowledge which we are passionate about sharing to ensure your guests get the most out of their stay.
It’s a simple concept – we do everything we can to maximise the guest experience, which results in better reviews for you, which equates to more bookings and greater revenue for us both.
Services & Pricing
We manage your property on Airbnb, so you don't have to. We list it, find the guests, look after them, and even clean up after them. And when the property is vacated, we'll inspect it to ensure it's been left in a tidy state and properly secured.

What’s included in the 20% fee?
Listing & Booking
We’ll get your villa or apartment in a position where it can be fully booked month to month. We can assist with preparing your property, manage your bookings, guest vetting and any booking queries and admin.
Property Management
We always go one step further; we’ll be on top of any damage, wear and tear or any repairs.
We can work with independent and local contractors, who can step in when required.

Professional Cleaning
We've been cleaning and preparing holiday properties to a high standard for years. Our professional in-house and legal cleaning team, experienced with holiday let turnarounds, will deliver a hotel experience for your guests.
Guest Management
We take care of all guest communication, queries and requests, both during the booking process and during their stay. We handle check-in and inspect the property after check out. We provide free guest information guides (a requirement of your Spanish tourist Licence).
Service Summary
We manage everything from creating your property listing, passing over the keys and access at the start of the guest stay, cleaning/laundry/linen services, including coordinating maintenance cover, guest support and communication, to advertising the property.
